1. First we need add the server to the domain
2. As a second step we need to the vcenter server from domain account (which is having local admin rights) and open the vcenter using local administrator account which has been used to install vcenter server. And select vcenter and open permission tab
3. Right click on the free space and select add permission
4. Select required server role from the drop down list in the right hand side
5 Then add the required user or user group from using add button.
