Server 2012 now we can move the virtual machine to different location while the vm is in running state.
Im going to move one of my virtual machine in to different hard disk drive in the server
When we right click on the server there is a option for move the virtual machine
From this windows thre are few options.
if we select optino 1 all the data of the vm will be moved to single locaiton
option 1 we can move vms data to the different locations
option 2 we can customize the vhd locations of the vm

Thanks for your post! You would not believe how much time I have spent searching for this! There is so much information out there about how to move a vm to another computer and nothing, except your post, about moving to another drive. And the Hyper-V Manager is not very clear. Thanks again!
